SHIPPING & RETURNS

EXCHANGES 

Jackwest will happily exchange your product for a different style, size or color. Simply reach out to us via hello@jackwestbrand.com and give us a detailed message of what change you'd like to make and then we'll make it happen.  

Any returned items must be in new, unused condition with its original shoe box, packaging and tags.    

We will process exchanges within 5 business days of the time of receiving the returned items. Exchanges are subject to shipping costs and will be billed upon shipment of your exchange item. To start an exchange contact us below.

REFUNDS

Jackwest will only refund payment back to the original paying credit card used for the transaction.

We will process returns within 5 business days of the time of receiving the returned items. The refunded dollar amount may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending upon individual banks processing time.
